• Account information: name, email address, and authentication data, collected and managed by our authentication provider, Clerk.
• Payment information: handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number.
• Usage and technical data: pages visited, device/browser information, and error diagnostics, collected via our error-monitoring provider, Sentry.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information above to provide and maintain the Service, process subscription payments, communicate with you about your account, diagnose and fix errors, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We share limited data with the following providers to operate the Service:

• Clerk — authentication and account management.
• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
• The Odds API — supplies the live odds data shown in the Service (no personal data is sent to this provider).
• Sentry — error monitoring and diagnostics.

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy and only for the purpose of providing its service to us.

4. Cookies & Local Storage

We use cookies and browser local storage for authentication sessions and to remember that you've confirmed you meet our age requirement. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will delete or anonymize your data except where we are required to retain it (for example, billing records).
