Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BettorLogic (the "Service"), operated by Jordan Adams, doing business as BettorLogic ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use the Service. By using BettorLogic, you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2. Description of the Service

BettorLogic provides sports analytics content, odds data, and model-generated picks for informational and entertainment purposes only. BettorLogic is not a sportsbook, does not accept wagers, and does not provide financial or gambling advice. Nothing on the Service constitutes a guarantee, prediction of certainty, or professional advice of any kind. Sports wagering involves risk, and you are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on content from the Service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Authentication is handled by our processor, Clerk.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid access ("Pro") is billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time through the billing portal available in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Deleting your account cancels a subscription immediately and revokes access immediately; we do not provide prorated refunds or credits for unused partial periods except where required by law.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access paid content without an active subscription, scraping or reselling data from the Service, or interfering with its normal operation.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service and all content, including odds data and picks, are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Odds and picks may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including any losses arising from wagering decisions made in reliance on the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
